Now THAT is organizing, International Union of Elevator Constructors - IUEC Local 82!!!! 400+ new IUEC members were sworn in this week. That's a true demonstration of solidarity, persistence, and a deep commitment to bringing more workers into family-sustaining Building Trades union careers. More and more people are seeing the value of Building Trades careers: world-class training, strong wages and benefits, safer jobsites, and real pathways to long-term middle-class opportunity.
